Dental Hygenists
Our Registered Dental Hygienists educate our patients about the causes of dental diseases and provide treatment and cleaning to improve the overall oral health. Our hygienists perform perio charting with each and every routine exam. Perio charting measures each tooth at six points to detect where gums have become separated from the side of teeth. These “perio pockets” are a major source of bacteria build up which can cause periodontal disease if left untreated. The hygenist will report any findings to Dr. Miller to ensure that preventitive treatment can be discussed with you.
